Food was great as always, but the drinks and ice-cream seem to run out quite often or don't work properly at all, overall very good, they did get my order slightly wrong tho

My friend and I came into Nandos and were greeted instantly by the lovely, happy, so enthusiastic Kayon. I was so impressed by how helpful he was his customer service was outstanding he deserves a promotion and pay rise. You do not come across many staff that are so helpful.

Nasiim was brilliant today . He provided us with excellent service as well as working hard to maintain every other responsibility he had. I saw him working so hard with all the other duties . He was professional and fantastic at sorting out a minor order issue we had . Overall this Nando’s is brilliant just a small thing , more people needed to take orders at the till. But because Nasiim provided us with great service from seating us at our table to bringing us food it did not affect the 5 star rating . Well done Nasiim!

Ever since I arrived in the United Kingdom, Nando's has become my favorite spot! Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service, thanks to the incredible manager and his team! The food, as always, was delicious. Nando's unique flavors never disappoints, and the personalized attention further enhanced my experience. I appreciate the Brent Cross team for making each visit a great experience. I will definitely remain a loyal fan of this place! Highly recommended!

Good nandos branch. Has the usual menu and the staff are friendly. Loads of seating and it is located on the second floor.

Our waiter upstairs, Raheem was very welcoming and polite. His service was impeccable! We also had some help from Tristan who was also very polite and efficient.

We had a wonderful time at the Nando’s Brent Cross today, the food was delicious and the place was so clean and welcoming. Shima was very kind and friendly to us and we enjoyed the hospitality and food. Thank you
